1938 – Hibbard, Joseph

1938 – JOSEPH HIBBARD, Timber Drawer, 51

Joseph Hibbard of Balmoral Terrace, Barlborough, was a most likeable personality, and a good sport.  His death intensified the grief of other families, for he was an uncle to Alec and Oliver Clarke, who were both injured during the disaster, and George Davidson, and a brother-in-law of Harry Taylor who were both killed in the disaster.  He left a widow and two married daughters, Ivy and Doris.  He was buried in a mass grave at Barlborough.
