1938 – Bown, Charles

Derbyshire Times,

Charles Bown (27), single, who lived with his father at Romiley Cottages, Barlborough, was a native of the parish and had lived at Romiley all his life. The report said that until Wednesday night all efforts to identify him had failed. He was buried at Barlborough with ten of his colleagues
