1938 – MARK RICHARDS, Ripper, 31

Mark Richards of 9, Moor Lane, Bolsover, was a native of Palterton, where he was a Sunday school teacher for many years at the local chapel.  He married the daughter of Mr and Mrs Barlow only sixteen months prior to the disaster and had been living with them since.  He had worked at Markham for over six years and was a very popular workman.  He was buried at Bolsover.

Mr. Mark Richards, 9, Moor Lane, Bolsover, was a native of Palterton, where he was a S.S. teacher for many years at the local chapel. He married the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barlow of 9, Moor Lane, Bolsover, only sixteen months ago, and had been living with them since. He leaves no children. He had worked at Markham for over six years and was a very popular workman.
